Research Focus/Background:
Anamara Ritt-Olson is an Associate Professor in Residence at UCI in the school of Public Health, and the Director of Academic Programs for the school. She will be leading the training initiative for the CERES effort. Her work centers on adolescent mental health and well-being.
Problem/goals to address as part of CERES:
Connecting and collaboration are main pillars of the CERES network. I hope to engage across disciplines, universities, and areas to bring creative solutions to adolescent well-being. As part of CERES, I hope to create a training program that facilitates connection while providing a valuable experience for all.
Location of Research Projects:
Los Angeles and Orange County, US.
When Not Working:
You can find her attending the various theater, arts and sports events that her children or their friends are engaged in, volunteering with community agencies, or cooking.
